\u003cp\u003e据新华网消息，教育部学位管理与研究生教育司负责人表示，“博士+硕士”双学位项目试点设置工作坚持“少而精”：一是试点高校由国务院学位委员会办公室根据学科交叉平台建设情况、人才培养质量等因素，在博士学位授予资格自主审核单位范围内遴选确定；二是有关高校依托学科交叉平台、跨学科创新研究团队、科研项目等情况有组织地论证，并试点设置少量项目；三是项目的培养对象应是少数有能力在完成博士学业同时可以攻读相关硕士学位的博士研究生，项目学生应分别达到学位授予单位对于两个学位的要求，方可申请相应学位。\u003c!--MID_AD_2--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_2--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_2--\u003e
